Agreement

By using LeadLoopApp you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Service

LeadLoopApp answers inbound calls, books appointments according to your configured rules, and may place outbound callbacks/reminders where enabled. You control services, durations, blackout dates, and cut-offs.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information and booking rules
  • Comply with applicable laws for phone/SMS/email communications (including consent and opt-outs)
  • Keep account credentials secure

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, abusive, or deceptive use of the service
  • No attempts to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform
  • No infringing content or violation of third-party rights

Integrations

When you connect calendars, email, SMS, VOIP, or CRM systems, you authorize us to act on your behalf to create bookings and send confirmations/reminders using only the minimum data required.

Data & privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim for high availability, but the service may experience downtime for maintenance or factors outside our control.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement. LeadLoopApp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or security concerns.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will provide notice.
