LeadLoopApp provides an AI receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, and places follow-up callbacks for service businesses.

Information we collect

Account data: Business contact info you provide when you inquire or sign up
Caller data: Name, phone number, appointment needs, and booking details captured during calls
Transcripts/recordings: Only if you enable these features
Usage data: Basic analytics to improve reliability and quality
Integrations: If you connect calendars, email, SMS, VOIP, or CRM systems, we process the minimum required to perform requested actions (e.g., send confirmations, place callbacks)

How we use information

Answer and route calls, book appointments, and send confirmations/reminders
Place consented outbound callbacks to missed callers or to follow up on quotes
Operate, secure, and improve the service

Lawful basis & consent

We process data to provide the service you request and, where required, with the consent of the caller (e.g., SMS with "Reply STOP to opt out").

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate LeadLoopApp (hosting, communications, calendar/email/SMS/VOIP integrations you choose) or when required by law.

Retention & deletion

We retain operational data only as long as needed to provide the service and satisfy legal requirements
